Predicting Creativity in the Wild: Experience Sample and Sociometric Modeling of Teams
Using sociometric badges, Priyamvada Tripathi and Winslow Burleson researched the correlation between teamwork and face-to-face interactions. They evaluated three teams for 25, 11, and 15 days. They found that when these teams were more creative, their average movement and face-to-face communication level was much higher.
