Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase of Pulse from Humanyze. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent refund process.

Refunds: You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase – no questions asked.
Please note: Social media add-ons are non-refundable once activated, as they begin immediately.

Eligibility: To qualify, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your original purchase date. Refunds cannot be issued after this period has passed.

How to Cancel and Request a Refund: To cancel your subscription and request a refund, go to your Profile Settings in the app and click “Cancel Subscription.” You may also email support@humanyze.com from your account address to request cancellation.

Access After Cancellation: Once your account is cancelled and your refund is processed, your access to Pulse will end immediately.

Legal Notice: This policy applies to purchases made directly from Humanyze and does not limit or replace any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your region. Where required by law, you may be entitled to additional remedies if the product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as promised.
